20+ year, now EX customer, they are eager to buy and sell, but try to get your money sent... They sat on my check for 5 days, to get the last few cents interest at the end of the month. Numerous calls, was finally told it was sent registered mail on the 22 nd , but postmarked the 27 th , and arrived by regular mail, they ignore messages left.

Because of their delay, it cost me a local transaction on 6 rolls of Silver State Quarters at a great price,The local dealer sold them to someone else,while I was waiting for my "sent Registered" check..Per Travis Williams ..

Goldline Account executive... No Follow through, No response.

Had a similar problem before ,Sent in 2 Gold ounce coins , to trade for Silver Eagles,Took forever to get them to send them, All messages left were ignored, wrote to corporate , was ignored.

Once the deal is done , you don't exist , untill the next buy/sell.
There's better dealers out there , Avoid this one ... would select 0 stars , but it won't let me , ZERO rating here.
