WHY CAN'T THERE BE NEGATIVE STARS, one is just too generous. EVEN THE PEOPLE WHO SOLD THIS WORHTLESS PIECE OF PAPER TO ME, DON"T USE THEM ANYMORE. SO WHAT DOES THAT SAY. WHY WOULD YOU SELL SOMETHING WITH ONLY 1 STARS REVIEW? GREED I GUESS. I bought my refrigerator from HOWARDS TV, and APPLIIANCE, in La Habra CA 90631. They offered me a warranty. You figure you buy a warranty, and they come out and fixed it. Hopefully in about 3 days. Bought a refrigerator, in July 11, 2015, an LG. Fan went out, about a year and a half later, No Fridge, No Freezer, No Ice. Ok, they fixed it, in about 5 to 8 days. Never reimbursed me for my food spoilage, like it says in warranty. Now, almost 3 years since purchase date, the whole unit goes out. No Fridge, No Freezer, No Ice. They originally wanted the first company to come out in about 2 1/2 weeks. So, I call around on my own, looking for someone to come out sooner. Finally, had someone come out 6 days after initial break. Did not have all parts, so, he came back out 17 days after the initial break. STILL DID NOT WORK. So, they sent out a 3rd person to check the work of the first guy. I think that was more for them, than for me, as the second guy had no intention of fixing it. Maybe they do not want to pay the first guy, ....but, hey, I am still without a refrigerator. The whole time trying to talk to their customer service, and just not getting anywhere. No one took time to escalate my issue. First guy was from Torrance, no where near where I live, probably explains why he was late by an hour. The second appointment was on a Saturday. I made an appointment with him on that following Monday, and he never showed up. The second guy was from North Hollywood. .....I guess there is no one in Orange County who works on LG's. In 1 day, it will be a 4 weeks. No Food, No Ice. I have kids, and it is a great hardship. All I get is, "I am going to call someone, who will call someone, we are on it, blah, blah, blah, blah." I even spoke with two different store managers where I bought the refrigerator, neither one can help. NIGHTMARE!! MIGHTMARE!! NIGHTMARE!! You buy a $3,000.00 refrigerator, 3 year or 5 year, warranty, plus tax, so you near $4,000.00 ..... and they can't fix it, within a month. Second guy never came back. His diagnosis was "not cooling". That is what I said when I called the first day. DON"T EVER BUY FROM THEM. If you do buy an appliance, call the manufacture and see if they can offer you a warranty. These people just stopped.....and my warranty is supposedly good until 2019, maybe cause they want four years to fix it.
