Recommend passing on this company I used this company to move a car and will not fall for it a second time. You get what you pay for in this industry it seems. The service was excellent in the beginning, clear communication, e-mails prompt, and a good BBB rating. After they had the money WolfePack became an entirely different animal. The truck missed the pick-up date, I was not contacted. I had to do all of my own leg work to see what had happened. Despite significant language barriers at every turn, I realized the driver lied to me several times; WolfePack lied to me several times, in addition to breaking promises to contact me “the next day” for follow up repeatedly. Once I told WolfePack I wanted a different company, they played even more games, disappearing on me in avoidance, and trying to contact my partner to “parent shop”. The truck arrived a week after what was agreed upon, and obviously the delivery date was never met. Delivery was a disaster, the driver telephoned 15 times in an attempt to avoid driving to the agreed delivery address. YES, 15 times. Most everyone involved spoke little English, was rude, and without integrity. Every time I called in or e-mail - IF they answered - they played dumb and ultimately degraded into abhorrent obstinate children. Really disappointed, no disgusted, with this company.
