complaint filed on 2nd August has been removed

Why is it that my complaint filed on 2nd August has been removed. Even worse the complaint direct on BBB shows a blank page. Also Trustlink could not find my email address.
All so.so so very strange. Are we dealing with the MOB?

They have used their 14 days - please publish.

The company's 14 days have not expired. Our Web Complaint Dept. verified your complaint and sent the company their complaint correspondence on 08/05/10 (official start date). Once your complaint closes, we still have to manually set your complaint to become viewable to the public. This isn't an automated process because there may be sensitive information throughout the complaint correspondences. Can you please send me the URL to the blank page? I wasn't quite sure as to which page you're referring to, but if it's the Public Complaints page for the company, the page can be found here: http://www.la.bbb.org/PublicComplaints.aspx?CompanyID=100092666
