Absolutely Terrible (Non)-Service - Stay Away!!! Unprofessional!

I called FlowerShopping.com yesterday (Tues 9/15) to order 2 dozen long-stem red roses and a box of chocolates for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary and explained that my wife is only working in the office until 12:30 and so I need the flowers delivered before 12:30 today (Wed 9/16 our anniversary) - I was assured by the person I was speaking to that if I paid an extra RAPID DELIVERY fee that it would be no problem. Spent $201 total. Today I called my wife's office at 12:30 just when she was leaving and unfortunately the flowers had never arrived. I called FlowerShopping customer service and the agent that took the phone kept behaving like a robot telling me three times that their website says that the delivery time is not guaranteed. I never used a website and was never told that. She called the florist and it turns out they got behind because there was a funeral and then there was traffic but no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know - I had to make the calls in the middle of a very busy clinic and I am beyond disheartened and disappointed. Such unprofessionalism and dishonesty. I have requested a complete refund and will cancel the transaction with my bank.
