We strive for 100% satisfaction. As we told you yesterday on the phone we are happy to come and fix the trim boards and anything else you are concerned about. We are also happy to pick up the shed and give you a 100% refund if you are not satisfied. I am not sure why you are declining any resolution we are offering but we hope you allow us to make you one of our satisfied and happy customers.
