I had done some online research prior to calling and had more or less already decided on the Schwinn A.C. Performance plus w/ Carbon Blue. I talked things over with Stephen and he was very knowledgeable about spin bikes. It's challenging to make this type of purchase without having a chance to demo the bike first, but Stephen compared options in ways that helped confirm my decision. I waited to post this review until after the bike arrived -- the Schwinn is exactly what I was looking for in a spin bike! It's a joy to ride and incredibly smooth. I do want to say that I appreciate the time Stephen spent on the phone with me listening to my goals and providing clear, well-reasoned advice.
