I too went online to get a quote for my two vehicles I needed transported from Montgomery AL to CA. The infamous "Owner" Brandon called me with reassurance that Transport Services is the best company to ship your vehicles. I too was told they aren't brokers and that they own their own trucks. I too was guaranteed my vehicles will arrive in a timely manner and that 24 hours prior to pick up I will receive a phone call from the truck driver. I'm in the military and have small children that will not withstand the long drive. Brandon did some calculations and came back with a $1500 price tag to ship my cars. I agreed and gave the $300 deposit. Now here it is a DAY before the scheduled pick up and no call. I called T.S and was told by a very kind C.S rep that she will need to call the truck driver to see what was going on. I got a call back about 30 minutes later to tell me he was having "mechnical problems" and will call me later that evening or tomorrow morning (which was this morning). I waited until 4pm to call TS to find out the status of the truck and truck driver. Well I called...waited...called...waited...called....waited. When i did my last call they said they were closed. WTF!!! I'm pissed and very much disappointed that this company has the odacity to use people the way the do. We are in need of some serious business and we have to either change plans to take get the car shipped or rush around and wait for the last minute to find a repatuable company to do want they are supposed to do. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK IF I HAVE TO FILE A LAW SUIT. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
