I had a very negative experience working with a different lender and when I switched to loanDepot, I was fortunate to have Mike Cleofe as my loan officer. He is very professional, friendly, thorough and competent! He kept his word and called me every time he said he would which, in today's world, is very unusual. He is outstanding and truly cares about his customers. I worked customer service for over 50 years from representative to manager and loanDepot is very fortunate to have Mike on their staff. He exemplifies what customer service used to be and should still be!!!! He is the best and I look forward to working with him in the future when I decide to sell my current home and purchase another!
