Don't deal with these (or for that matter any title loan company). We all get where we need assistance but you don't want to end up paying 2 or 3 times what the value of the car is. Usually the interest rate is out of this world and your payment is only covering a mere fraction (if any) of the principal. I did a loan with these people and they are very unprofessional in the manner in which they deal with you. Most times it's like the reps don't know what their talking about or reading from a script. My hours were cut at work and I did have a hard time with a few payments but they weren't willing to work with me at all. One payment was due on a Wednesday and I asked if they could give me until Friday which was when I got paid. They didn't want to give me two days! I could understand if I was asking for a week or more but two days?
Then it was the manner in which they talked to you. Nasty and rude every time, argumentative. There was only 1 person I spoke to who was courteous. I was fortunate enough to get the money to pay off the loan. When I told them it was being paid off, they were rude even then telling me I had 24 hours to get the money to them. They asked if I traded the car, where was the car and what was the condition. Didn't know in order for me to pay off the loan, I was required to answer these questions.
Thank God they are paid off and I never have to deal with them again.
