ACS Services / Williams Law Center is a SCAM
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Horrible customer service. I, foolishly, gave them my money when they guaranteed my a certain quote for a loan modification. Now, I cannot get a response. My emails and phone messages are not returned. All I got was an email stating, "We have gone round and round with ING on your file but unfortunately they are not willing to budge," and this email was from a different company, NOT ACS services.
I would not be upset if they did not guarantee me a rate, but they did, could not follow through, and now will not respond to me. My agent, Kris Thornton, will not return my calls. His manager and part owner of the company, James Mowrer, will not return my calls, emails, or messages left with other agents for information from him. The other co-owner, Jennifer Williams, also has not returned any of my messages.
