US Timeshare Management is your classic "hit em while they're down" sales organization. I think If they sell any listing it is clearly luck. In my opinion, their money is made from taking your upfront fee and not by actually selling anything.
I received a solicitation from them when I was unemployed and made it very clear that I could not afford to pay them a huge upfront amount if they could not sell my timeshare. I must have heard the term "immediate demand" for units in my area a dozen times in the course of my conversation with their salesperson.
Because I was unempoyed and really needed the money, I agreed to their reduced fee on the condition that I would write a testimonial when my unit sold. I now see that that was the game all along. Hit em high and reel them in at the "reduced fee".
Well, here we are two monthes later and my unit is not sold. Now I can not even get a call back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY TOO!!
