montelongo seminars shady business practices WILL NOT REFUND $

I paid $1,497.00 11/20/13 for a seminar which was to be held at the Marriott North 6650 North Andrews street Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33309 Tel:9554-771-0440 on Dec 6, 7 & 8 2013. I signed the purchase agreement which I believed when I signed it was one page
with the top copy in white & a pink carbon copy under it. it does refer to the terms on the reverse side( which is printed so lightly you can't see it, so when I looked at the back of the top white page the 2nd page was the same just pink in color. there is
actually 3 pages in pink and they are not carbon copies , as anyone would expect! when I realized I could not attend the seminar on that date, I called the customer service dept. 877=217=2124 I was told they would let me know when they were offering it again.
I rec'd a call back & was told to look at the purch agreement page 3 & 4 are where the tell you that you only have 3 days to get a refund. I did not know in 3 days I couldn't attend this it did not start until 16 days after the purchase date. said they would
have to have jordan odiorine call me the following day @ 1am (no call) I called them I finally got Joran, after I told him of the health issues & advised him of how deceptive they had been to get me to pay up front. They are very quick to say they will refund
$.... beware of all they require to get a refund. ab decent co would have refunded.
