Better than standard customer service
Customer Service and customer satisfaction are touted by many companies, but, when it comes down to really exhibiting these qualities few companies live up to their promise. This is definitely not the case with Able Quality Services. I found an important aspect of the company was that all the very professional people that I encountered work directly for the company. There is no subcontracting. This certainly makes it much easier to both schedule and coordinate the work. There is no waiting and wondering if (and when) the next person will be coming to complete their part of the project. A few days after I made my final payment I noticed a flaw in the finish on my granite countertop. This was an inherent problem within the granite and not anything that was done during the fabrication I called the Project Manager, Dan and his response was, "If you are not happy, we are not happy. We will make it right for you." Truthfully, I was prepared for a fight, as I have heard of others who had experiences with companies that tossed them off or gave them a very hard time since they already had their money. Happily, this was not the case with Able Quality. Dan got in touch with Francisco, your expert, passionate and dedicated granite fabricator and had him come to my home to try to correct the problem. After two attempts with no success both Francisco and Dan agreed to completely replace the flawed granite. This meant not only taking out two pieces of counter top - but also disassembling my sink and faucet. Unfortunately this came at very poor time since it was a week before Passover and I was getting ready to start cooking for a Passover Seder to be attended by 20 people. It would be extremely difficult to do all my food preparation using the bathroom sink! When I told the plumber of my situation he told me not to worry. He went back to his house and come back with one of his own personal sinks and faucet which he hooked up for me to use temporarily. (I need to add that both plumbers who work for Able are great guys and very accommodating). The service and quality of craftsmanship I received from Dan and his crew was exceptional, especially in view of the fact that I had already paid my bill. I highly recommend Able Quality Services and will definitely look toward them when I am ready for my next project.
