KUDOS for a Job Well Done
This review comes to you from a very happy customer. My wife and I contacted Able Quality Services to start a project in our bathroom due to suspected problems but without confirmation other than increasing respiratory issues and allergy attacks my wife
had started to experience. After meeting several companies in our home, we selected Able due to the impression left by Adam Berthiaume, sales representative, Able's showroom, and other members of their team. It wasn't easy making the decision but Adam was
terrific. He is kind, warm, patient and understanding of what people need that don't have a clue because they are not in the business. Kudos to Adam. He said he would always be there for us until the project was completed. We started the project the first
Monday in January, 2013. Able's punctuality, communication and dedication to our project was felt to be just what we hoped for when starting an important project in our home... Thank you. After the initial steps of the project in our Master bathroom, the problem
was found. Wood rot, mold exposure, water damage, disgusting images which filled our senses. Of course, we contacted our insurance provider but Able's crew was very supportive, and understanding of our problem. The project had to be halted. Able's men were
empathetic to us, from workers to their managers. As soon as the okay was given to restart, they said you would be there and they were. Thank you, Able, so much. The lines of communication were open always and we could not ask for anything more. We were in
a predicament. We didn't have the money to pay for such an undertaking and Able allowed us to pay as we went since the insurance company was not responding to our claim in any way. The work needed to be done. There was no choice in the matter. This was our
home and it was unlivable with my wife's respiratory issue and allergies to the mold. We needed to move out of the house due to all of this exposed material and my wife's sensitivity to it and the dust it created. In fact, the house had to be repaired as soon
as possible and we needed to borrow money to pay as the project continued and we were not given any guidance or direction from Universal Insurance. Able, all showed a very caring side when it was necessary. Needless to say, the insurance company was very disappointing
and remain that way to this day. They do not have the communication skills needed to assist the homeowners they serve. Well, putting all that aside, as the project really got started, we seemed to have a direct connection with Jefferson Michels, Dan Allen,
and the owner, Mitch. Able allayed our fears, concerns, worry over everything. Mitch, also, said that he would not leave us with unfinished work and that everything would be completed professionally and to our satisfaction. ABLE DID NOT LET US DOWN. One person
not mentioned, yet, in this letter has to receive an award for his meticulous attention to our job. That person is Edgar. What a guy. In conversations with him, he too allayed our greatest fears that all work would be completed to our satisfaction and to our
liking. Edgar is a saint. He is a perfectionist and has PRIDE in his work. Now, after the job is completed, we cannot let another day go by without 'writing this review to say, "THANK YOU SO MUCH" for all they did for us. We are completely satisfied and will
recommend Able Quality to others. Our home is complete and healthful again and looks beautiful as it was before our problems started. Able Quality Services is what they are named for. They are capable. They provide quality construction and they were there
for us throughout the job. KUDOS. KUDOS. KUDOS
