AT ADRIANA'S INSURANCE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT MY FRIEND!!
Please be aware that Adriana's Insurance is an INSURANCE BROKER; they are not an insurance company. They will charge you a huge insurance broker fee, they will have you sign the contract but not tell you that they are in fact just an Insurance Broker. This is AGAINST THE LAW; They need to tell you this and AND that you will be charged a broker fee PLUS the yearly automobile insurance premium.
Make sure to get a copy of EVERYTHING you signed; not just a receipt of your money. This is also
against the law. By law they need to furnish you a copy of everything you signed. Do not leave the
office without it; they will say they gave it to you when in fact they did not.
ALWAYS send a proof of delivery from the post office when sending important correspondence like canceling, adding or deleting a car or insured because they will lie and say they never received such
correspondence.
Adriana’s Insurance advertises heavily on Spanish media and it is a shame and embarrassment that as a Hispanic owned company it relies heavily on the humble, hard working, but possibly unaware Latino consumers to lure them into signing up as new insurance customers with extremely low rates and promises of up to $500 in free gas cards.

Tenga en cuenta que la compañia de Adrianas Insurance es un INSURANCE BROKER no una compañía de seguros. Le van a cobrar un Insurance Broker Fee , hacen firmar el contrato, pero no dicen que en realidad son sólo un Insurance Broker. Esto va contra la ley; ellos tienen que decirle esto y Y que se le cobrará este cargo MAS el costo de seguro del año.
ASEGURENSE de obtener una copia de todo lo que firmo, no sólo un recibo de su dinero. Esto es también en contra de la ley. Según la ley necesitan entregar una copia de todo lo firmado. No deje irse de la oficina sin ella, sino van a decir que si se lo dieron.
SIEMPRE envíe una prueba de la entrega de la oficina de correos para enviar correspondencia importante como cancelar, añadir o borrar un coche o asegurado porque van a mentir y decir que nunca recibieron tal correspondencia y eso le puede costar dinero y angustia en el futuro.
Los anuncios por TV de Adrianas Insurance dan pena y sin vergüenza a medida que es un empresa de Hispanos para Hispanos y al mismo tiempo estan explotando esa misma cultura y publico con promesas de super bajos pagos, tarjetas de gasolina gratis has $500 y mentiras atrás de telas y telas. Estan explotando el humilde y duro trabajador latino y nosotros los latinos no tenemos que permitir eso.
