Inferior workmanship, never on time, refuses to complete work, does not pay his subs.

I hired Anthony Specialty Construction to provide NEW synthetic stucco along with other construction services that are not complete. Within 8 months I discovered that the stucco was cracking on almost all the parapets. Once the stucco cracked it was evident
that the quality of the work and materials used was inferior and did not meet industry standards. A critical component of new stucco, fiber mesh, was completely left out. The contractors solution was to fill the cracks with silicone, which again did not meet
any kind of construction standards. In the meanwhile the cracks allowed water into my house and caused water damage to all areas of the ceiling. After many months of trying to get Anthony back to my house to repair the parapets he finally showed up with a
stucco sub that recoated, added the fiber mesh material and applied a color coat of stucco. Now the problem is that he did not do a color match test to make sure that the repairs would match the rest of the house. Nor does the texture match. He is refusing,
after many attempts via emails and text to re-color coat the house and due to his lack of response is not willing to address the water stained ceiling along with a punch list of items from the original contract. In addition to these problems I had two of his
subs (electrician and stucco) show up at my house telling me that Anthony never paid them. I paid the electrician $600. for work Anthony did not complete and told the stucco sub that I could not afford to pay him because I already paid Anthony in full. He
has said in an email that he is not willing to complete the work and is not responding to emails or text.
