I just want to thank the people who have shared their experience with this company. I hired them (Arrow Van Lnes) in March of last year (2010) for a move from LA to Orlando Fl and paid the $150.00 deposit. The representative (Terra) was as sweet as honey and gave me a very competitive "firm" bid. I had to cancel the move because of a change of plans and placed my furniture in storage. After a couple of emails my deposit was returned two months later. My move is on again and I was going to give Arrow another chance. After reading all the bad reviews I will take a raincheck. Thanks again.
