Astrabeds never responded! Calls, messages unanswered!

Early December 2016 I ordered a king-size adjustable bed frame from Astrabeds for $3798. On 12/5/16 they took the payment from my VISA. December 30 half the bed frame was delivered. I realize I live in PA and it came from CA but that was a long shipping time and ONLY half the bed arrived. I called the company—“all of our representatives are currently busy.” So I left a message TWICE. No call back. I wrote a complaint. No call. 1/5/17 I called Fashion Bed Group in Whittier CA to locate the missing half. They said shipping takes 5 days. They called Roadrunner then called back to say delivery would be 1/20/16. Yes, the second half was finally delivered. That means the delivery was 45 days after the payment was taken. Totally unacceptable.
