Initial contact with Erica was so professional. Second contact was from Kim who clearly sounded as if she would be just as happy digging a ditch than calling to confirm an appointment. The 2 guys that came were fabulous. SO good I gave them a tip. They said the office would contact with estimates. The office NEVER got back. I called and got KIM who only wanted to talk over me, said she was the only person available when I asked to speak to someone else. I did speak to someone else and when describing the service that I liked because they were efficient and friendly. One even said he had a new baby and showed me a picture. Woman #2 said that was unprofessional 3 TIMES. The entire interaction with these 2 unprofessional women, causes me to tell all that service is what matters. There are plenty of chimney companies and I will never use this pathetic company ever.
