We have had the privilege of doing business, a mortgage loan modification, through Attorney Home Protection Services.
Our liaison was Teresa Fredericks and we can't thank her enough for all of the patience and hard work that she put in to modifying our mortgage. Eddie Luhrassebi was our first contact, what a genuinely kind and caring person he has been.
Due to Teresa's hard work we have been able to reduce our First mortgage payment by $1,000 a month. I personally had gone through the same procedure with our bank for three months and got refused. We then hired Attorney Home Protection Services in late September and received a wonderful Christmas present having been approved for our loan modification.
Jim McHenry and Derek Taper can be very proud of their staff. Total professionalism and courtesy at all times. We were kept informed every week in regards to the status of the paperwork and reassured by Teresa and Eddie.
Thank you doesn't seem enough and we highly recommend Attorney Home Protections Services to anyone suffering through trying to get a mortgage loan modification.
We are now getting ready to tackle the Second Mortgage lender and we face them with confidence knowing that Teresa will handle this matter as wonderfully as she handled the First Mortgage.
