We have ordered several items for our baby and for our friends and did not have any problems with this company. The only problem we experienced was that one of the items we ordered was left on our doorstep even though signature delivery was requested. Thankfully the item was not stolen before we got home form work. The delivery issue was caused by UPS not Barebabies and we will be voicing our concerns with UPS on this matter.
