Promises not kept

I am sorry to say that Barron Ross has not been true to its word where my mother's care is concerned. When sold to me as her caregiver and Power of Attorney, I was assured that if her Irrevocable Trust could not support the program she would receive a full refund of $8,800. It has been over 3 years since it was determined that the trust would not work with the program, and we are still waiting for the refund. After countless calls to Ed Griffin, president and many assurances with no results, I am forced to conclude that Barron Ross has no intention of keeping it's promise. I am now forced to seek legal action
