I am a member for the past five years. This gym is equipped at the level of the biggest gyms in the country, yet the facility is well laid out and gives you the ability to work on any body part without delay. They have at least two of every machine and duplicate dumbbells, so I never wait for equipment. Every time I come in there's something new. Trainers are readily available to help out not only in the use of the equipment but in the conduct of proper training at no charge. Lately the club has added a full dietary and nutritional center that would make most facilities envious. They have over 125 aerobic classes a month which provides a lot of flexibility for any member no matter what time we desire to participate. The only complaint that I have is that they close on Christmas and New Year's when there's nothing to do but eat...
