Trial and loan mod

I would like to thank everyone at BHLA for all of their hardwork and effort they put into our file. It was a hard and lengthy process starting in May of 2009 but thanks to the team, as smooth a ride as it could be. We went from trying to get a loan mod, to getting wrongfully foreclosed, to filing a lawsuit against our lender and finally winning/settling in Dec. of 2011. Angelica and her team are very professional in what they do. What impressed me the most was as professional as they were, they always treated myself and my family as if we were part of theirs.
The judge in our case personally pulled me aside after we settled the case and told me what I already knew, " you had great legal representation". He told me he was impressed with both Angelica and Joseph as well as Mr. Losh. He told us that this was the furthest a case like this had gone to his knowledge in California. Again because of the great work ethic and diligence by Angelica and the BHLA team.
