This company is a total scam! There is no such thing as a "Risk Free Trial". I was under the impression that it was a "Risk Free Trial" for 30 days and got scammed for $98. I even returned the product and demanded a refund and got no where. Just a lot of run around by their "customer service" department. I didn't even receive the product within the 10 day period. (they say they received confirmation that I did receive it. I have a community mail box and NEVER signed I received anything) I have called several times to have my $98 refunded and they just refuse. All I received from them was a cancellation number that I'm afraid will be no good down the road. It severely burns the eyes and skin and is not worth anything! If I could give then a "0" rating I would. But, the system doesn't allow me to. Don't get scammed like me and obviously several other people have! The federal government does need to investigate this company for their fraudulent business practices.

We do not send our packages out signature required. We send the packages out first-class with a delivery confirmation. Meaning your trial begins the day that the product is available to you for your use. We do NOT have any control over how often you check your mailbox. Had you notified us about a unique mailing situation ahead of time we would have accommodated you by extending your trial to give you time for the pickup.
