I hired this service to clean my apartment for moving out. The cleaning was not up to standard. I found additional spots that were not cleaned after their service although I told them to do the job (like kitchen cabinet door knobs). The landlord charged me extra for cleaning because they missed some parts that need to be cleaned. Also, I hired them to do carpet cleaning, but they never showed up and wasted all my afternoon waiting for them. I had to take extra work hours off to do carpet cleaning, which cost my salary. When I called them to complain, they started by saying their manager was not there, and they had no way of reaching him. Upon my insistence the manager was found in a few minutes, but he refused to do anything.
