Poor Workmanship. Not trustworthy

When we first met with Dennis, he seemed to be a great caring person that only wanted what was best for us. During our pool installation, we have run into several issues that were not resolved by Dennis. He basically said he wasn't fixing it and too bad.
We paid Dennis extra to have colored concrete and brush finish. The concrete dried in different colors and the brush sweeping looked horrible. He said he could fix that by staining the ocncrete. He charged us extra for this. If we went initially with stained concrete, it would have cost us less than buying colored concrete. The concrete and coping also had major cracks that were very noticable. He wanted the money for the concrete prior to pouring it because he said he needed it to pay the concrete company. We paid him proior but he never paid them and our house is being threated with a lien against it by the concrete company.
The solar that he installed was not installed properly and has come loose several times and is now a twisted mess. Even the solar manufacturer said it was horrible installation and that it would never work (we sent them pictures). There are so much more quality issues, but too many to list here.
If you are considering Camarillo Pool & Spa, we highly suggest you don't. I wish we had went with Superior Pool as originally intended.
