CareCredit is a Joke!! After a month of calling close to everyday. An not being able to talk to a supervisor or getting the right information I am still waiting for my refund!!!! My story! I decided to sign up for online bill payment with care credit an in my monthly payments some how all of what I owe ($452.00) was taking out of checking account. I called the first day my bank brought this to my attention as it caused my account to be in the negative. Care Credit resps. did not seem to have a clear answer for me. I have gotten some many different stores!!! What company has no supervisors?! What company when you ask to talk to there accounting department or if the accounting department can call you back says (they have no way of doing that)!? What company treats there clients like shit?! (I know that answer) CARE CREDIT!!! I will NEVER use care credit again! An I will NEVER refer them!!
