Horrible customer service
|
I bought a coffee table in the Waynesville store that their employees loaded up while I was paying for it. When I got home two of my neighbors carefully unloaded it. As soon as they set it on the ground at my house we all saw a scratch on the top of the table that wasn't there when I looked at it in the store. I called the manager and emailed a photo of the scratch. He said they would repair or replace the table. I made multiple phone calls to the customer service manager (Brian). He never returned my calls or responded to emails. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Brian responded that I had watched them wrap and load the table. I had not watched them load it and it wasn't wrapped. They offered no repair or replacement. I will never shop with this company again. Their customer service is terrible.
