He did not have enough carpet to finish two closets, but assured me he would be back within a few days. I paid him for the install, but noted on the check "finish closets."
He never came back and wouldn't return calls. When I finally got him on the phone (by calling late at night from a different phone), he made an appointment, but didn't show up and wouldn't answer phone.
Also, during the install, he grumbled about how he just wasn't making any money off this job. He should have bid appropriately then!
I will never use this company again!
