Roger, who is the owner of Castle Plumbing, arrived at 9:30 AM knocked on the door and without doing anything went back out to his truck and made telephone calls.
He came back in at 10:08 AM with a ladder and some tools.
Roger was finished with the repair at 10:42 AM.
Roger charged $168 for 1.25 hours despite only working for .56 hours. He said his shop rate was $90 something per hour so nothing about the charges made sense to me.
When I questioned Roger, in my opinion nothing he said was factual. His basic premise was that anyone else I got to come out on the day after Thanks Giving would cheat me.
I feel that this is Roger’s typical method of operation and I would advise anyone to stay clear of Castle Plumbing of Arroyo Grande
