On Saturday, June 26, 2010, my husband and I went shopping for a fifth wheel travel trailer at three different places in Grand Junction. We like to shop locally and tend to do so whenever possible. We visited the Centennial Lot and found a couple of RV's that we were interested in and could not find anyone that would take the time to talk to us. One salesman was with other customers and could not help us. Another salesman walked right past us and did not even acknowledge us. We waited in the office for 5 or 10 minutes and no one came around or helped us in any way. This company could use some customer service skills. This is the second time this has happened to us at this dealership and we will not go back. They lost a sale due to horrible customer service and in today's climate, I would think that would be number one.
