I also was contacted by Century Timeshare Group. Their methods are to be contacted by some cold call person and if there is interest you will get a firm offer within 2 to 3 days by their so called executive sales person. I was told I had a firm offer of $24,200 for my timeshare in Maui. This is how they get you with an unrealistic offer. However like every other scam they wanted $1488 dollars for Title Search and they will send you a contract to sign. When questioned that a tile search should only cost $100 they could not explain why their costs were so high. They agreed when I said I would provide the clear title they would send me the contract right away. I have yet to see any contract once they knew that I would not pay a dime. Don't fall prey to these scams as they all tell the same story.
