That's almost identical of what happened with me! I am so extremely frustrated right now, supposedly my printer is scheduled for delivery on Monday 4/06. However, i'll be surprised if it works now! I got the exact same run around, was put on hold several times, was told someone would call me back. I was even told that the printer I ordered was sold to someone else which is why it wasn't shipped when it was supposed to! It must be standard protocol for them.
What makes me even more angry is that on the website they have the BBB symbol with "BBB online reliability program" so i didn't even think twice to BBB google!
Even though I don't have the product yet, if you're thinking of ordering from this company, please think twice. I would highly reccomend going elsewhere. I have a strong suspicion that if i do have a problem with the product, i'm stuck with it.
