I had a complete yard for Concrete Genie (Eddie Hernandez) to do which consisted of installing a jaguzzi, pouring a substantial amount of concrete, replacing a fence, along with plants and irrigation. He overcharged me for the fence by thousands of dollars from the original contract. He also failed to pay the company he got materials from which resulted in a lien being put on my house by that company. He left me with a few drainage issues due to the sloping of the concrete. He did not stick to a routine schedule and would show up at my house without my knowledge.
