What can I say. I thought that I was like a lot of the reviewers on this site and would be posting a negative comment. Well I was wrong, it took (get this) about 9 months of working with CLG and Wells Fargo to get my loan modified. However, it was well worth the wait. My payment went form $3575.00 down to $2075.00. You do the math. Was it worth the wait? You bet. I am saving 1,528.41 /month and am breathing much easier these days. I swear that I am just another person that tried to get a loan modification with this company and was very skeptical. As I said, I had to do a lot of paperwork, sending emails back and forth, but when I tried to go directly to the bank, they treat you entirely different. I was offered a payment plan directly from Wells Fargo and they lowered the trial payments from $3575.00 down to $3350.00 and said it was the best they could do. Are you kidding me? Well I called Jesus with the CLG and he continued to work with me. You see the results above. I am not sure that everyone would have the same results, but they (CLG) did great for me. Please don't give up on them if you paid them, because I sincerely believe that they try hard to get it done and they got it done for me. Sincerely, KC from Virgina.
