I ordered 3 fire pots on April 21, 2010, they were birthday presents. I called on April 23 to see when they would arrive. Could not get a date for delivery. I called several times, I think they knew my voice. Their customer service department is overloaded with complaints. They even told me other customers were upset.
I called and cancelled my order on May 13, 2010. They promised to credit my card the next day. I still have not received my credit but called my credit card company and they have helped me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRID.
