I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the customer service for this company. I love my Diamondskin machine but have been very unsuccessful in trying to purchase products. I have called many times and now I can't even leave a message because the voice mail is full. I have tried to order product online and still do not receive any response. I emailed Ralph and have gotten no response from him. The only time he ever responded was when I was purchasing my machine. Does anyone know where else we can get product/supplies for this machine. Is Ralph the only person that can help? How can they treat customers like this?
