Review 11/16/2011
Primax Wheels Corp also goes by XXR (xxrwheels.com) and Ensure Wheels.

This company is in the business of selling Sport rims for automobiles. Person in charge is Michael Maternowsky (may be mispelt). Rims must be purchased through Authorized Dealers.

Company is awful at customer service, product knowledge, and refunds/exchanges & warranty issues. Customer service lacks respect if contacted by phone; young people just being rude. Noone there seems to know anything about the rims they sell. Even their professionals are just as clueless, can't answer important questions, such as "What kind of power can the rims handle?" or "What sizes is my vehicle compatible with?"
And lastly... Refunds, exchanges, warranty issue, and defected product. This is where the company gets an F or FAIL! If you purchase a set of rims and 1 rim turns out to be defected in any way such as structure, size, fitment, or even solidity of product, you will be given a run-around by Michael Maternowsky.
My own personal experience. I bought a set of 4 rims. On 1 rim, I kept having the lug nuts loosening up, so I would have to retorque them. Eventually the lug nut wore out the area where it lays on and the lug nut would go right through the wheel without any contact. This rim was declared defected by 2 professional mechanics at the Corvette Warehouse of Dallas and by Authorized XXR Dealer in Mesquite, TX. I contacted Michale Maternowsky several types to only get similar responses: -Can you go get this guy's opinion? Can you take pictures? Can you have this guy look at it and call me? Can you take more pictures of the wheel? Can you take pictures of the car? Can you take pictures of the lug nuts and rotors and suspension?-
Let me just make 1 thing clear. The car these wheels went on was completely fully built and has over 800 horsepower. Everything on the entire car is new. Every single piece on the engine, powertrain, suspension, brakes, everything works perfectly and is new.Expenses totalled over $13,000. The wheels are the only issue I have had on the vehicle. Everything the wheel touches is new.
Michael Maternowsky will do the best he can to blow a person off and wear them out. The best quote he has ever said to me was this "XXR is a big company and chances of it making a mistake are none" thus "We do no exchange or warranty any wheels". With that kind of thought, then Walmart should never make mistakes or give refunds toward anything.

One last thing everyone should be made aware of...
This company is very misleading in its name. The wheel company is XXR and website is www.xxrwheels.com, but if you look to their contact info, they go by is Ensure Wheel. If you contact them by phone, they will greet as Ensure Wheel. Where does Primax Wheels Corp come from. Michael Maternowsky's email has "primaxwheel.com". THIS WAS THE ONLY WAY TO IDENTIFY THE COMPANY!
It's outrageous the extent they go to keep their registered name hidden from the public. I just happened to be emailing the right person, imagine all of those people who would received defected wheels but can't even identify the company.
