DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!

If there were a negative star number I would have used that. They were SUPPOSED to have posted a small "dummy" charge to my account to verify ownership of the account before taking the actual ticket amount. Problem is, there was never any dummy charge, and when asked, they said that it was made the same day as the ticket charge (so much for the "security" lie). Then they refused to inform me of the e-ticket confirmation number until such time as I verified the "dummy" amount; impossible since the dummy charge was never made. Will be filing a police report and contacting my bank for a remedy if the charges are not returned by tomorrow.

Hello,
In the past couple of days, there has been many attempts for fraudlent purchasing of airline tickets. We do a test dummy charge on the card holders account to insure that the card holder is in control of the card since only the card holder can access certain information. The test charge is done right when you book the ticket and it might be under "pending" charges since we dont actually charge you, but if you do not see it we can charge it and then void the charge. We only want to insure that your card is secure and nobody suffers a loss. If you have any questions you can email us at support@airtkt.com with your booking ID #.
