I am very concerned that this company is scamming customers. I signed up to list a timeshare on Clearwater Beach, Treasure Island, Fl. Last
Feb, 09. Their pitch was they could without a doubt, rent this week in Oct. Within 30 days. Months now have gone by no return ph.calls, emails, or faxes. That is most likely due to the fact that all numbers have been disconnected.
I am a Sr. And like a lot of people right now, am feeling a real financial crunch. I paid my fee up front expecting that our contract was legal and binding. If anyone has had time same experience would like to hear. Also what are my options for a refund.
