Company Installs Cheap Materials & Proj Management Nightmare

I had contracted with Extra Mile to remodel my kitchen and install new wood flooring. When my husband and I met the Joe, the sales guy, he had promised us top notch materials would be used. We even checked out a sample of the cabinet door and he said his
cabinet guy would make the exact door with the exact material. Also, when he us his example of the cabinet drawers, they were dove tail drawers. When the cabinets were installed, we did not get dove tail drawers and the material of the cabinet of awfully cheap
(it started to break down months after it was install (called for repair and no response!). I also want to make you aware that the project manager/sales person promised that he would be on the job constantly to oversee his guys, after the 1st week on the job,
he did not show up or he was unreachable. My husband and I essentially took over the project and worked directly with their subcontractors. This was a nightmare job and company to deal with. Please do not work with these people. The references they give you
are also a fraud. Better to take your project elsewhere!
