I've had my website hosted on them for only few months. I have encountered no problems so far. It was all fairly straight forward. The whole purchase process is really fast and everything was done and set up within like 20 minutes. One main reason why I decided to go with FastWebHost is their customer service and timely responsiveness. Additionally, they have all the cool features. You just don't get all these cool features and reliability anywhere else for this kind of price. Although they don't yet have support that I can call, there chat support was excellent. I don't usually need a lot of hand holding. But these guys have been great whenever I needed some help.
I highly recommend these guys!You can't go wrong with these guys. They are the best.
