I used Fiftyflowers.com for my daughters wedding in May, and I hate to say it, but I was less than pleased. I ordered the 'mixed bouquets' where you can request certain colors and flowers. When I received them the flowers were not what I had ordered with the representative on the phone. Apparently the farms can substitute flowers depending on availability and the rep neglected to tell me this at ordering...or in any of the emails we exchanged.
The day before the wedding I received a shipment of flowers which were so different than what I had ordered. When I contacted the rep, she informed me that substitutions could be made....only at that time. I received mums instead of snapdragon, and a lot of other flowers never mentioned! The rep did try to make amends...by sending me a box of orange flowers I had never heard of before. I will not order from their site again.
