Financial Litigation Law Group also works under the name National Asset Protection Corporation
There was NO communication between them and myself regardless of the number of phone calls, voice-mails and e-mails left. They expected the client to do everything even though they were the ones being hired to do a job. They were quick to take my $3000 but were non-existent to keep in touch and/or deliver. The only way I received updates on my case was to call my mortgage company directly. The two phone calls I did receive from FLLG/NAPC was to tell me, yet another, one of their workers were ‘let go’ and/or fired. Each time this caused my file/case to be lost in the shuffle and prolonged the inevitable - foreclosure. Fast forward 5 months later, I receive a letter in the mail stating "seek local counsel" as they were unable to assist me. FLLG/NAPC did not deliver on their promises. FLLG/NAPC dropped my case via postal letter without warning. Poor work ethic and no communication.
Return, at a minimum, half my money ($1500) as they were unable to deliver as promised. I am fair and understand they may have tried but again, I am now being foreclosed on and that money was meant to keep my house or pay for moving services.
