Please do your research about First Class Appliance Service before you regret using them! SCAMMERS! I, as have many other customers (see posts on yelp) have been RIPPED OFF by them! I used them in December 2009 for washing machine repair and just yesterday (October 1, 2010) noticed a FRADULENT, UNAUTHORIZED charge to my credit card by First Class Appliance. Duh! Do you think I'm not going to notice a random charge on my account activity! Hummm...same credit card number I gave Alfonso to pay my bill last year! The credit card co. will be contacting them soon. I am also going to file a report for credit card fraud too. Several former customers are taking him to small claims court!
