This particular location's Customer service is okay but when it comes to exchanges they are very rude about it. They will find any reason to say it is not okay to exchange it. Once i was browsing upstairs by the accessories dep. and a tall guy was acting very weird around me , i informed an associate about it because i was abit annoyed since i thought it was a random customer but then he told me he was part of loss prevention. THat made me feel worse! thinking this guy most likely was keeping an eye on me?!
Loss prevention does not have the right to do this to you. Cameras are installed for those type of purposes but when they follow you around. that is harrasing!
