I would like to take this opportunity to recommend G.S.Development and Construction for your next project and thank G.S.Development for an excellent job.
I hired G.S. Development to rebuild my home.
My house was built in 1937; it was beautiful home but very old.
g.s team worked with me to restore the original structure of the home and add a master bedroom , a bathroom ,big kitchen and closets to match the original structure.
They installed new windows to match the original design, replaced all pluming pipes with copper pipes and replaced all electrical wiring
g.s. team worked around the clock ,the have superior and consistent team, the are fully equipped and they finished the job within the time frame that they have giving me.
I never thought that a contractor would be able to make it possible to restore the original structure and add room to the house without damaging the structure of the house, but G.S.Development made it possible for me.
I thank them with all my heart & recommend them to everyone I know.
