If you ever need to move or cancel your membership, it's a problem. They continue to charge your account despite your actions to cancel. The customer service in their "corporate" office is subpar. They seem to take particular interest and pleasure in making customers feel as though they are burdens. This has happened not only to myself, but many people in the area.Their business practices are unethical and unfair. I just want my money refunded, the refund which they continually promise to pay me.
